Peacefully at his home on Wednesday, February 1, 2012 Walter Kammel of London and formerly of Windsor in his 89th year. Loving and devoted husband for 60 years of Anna Kammel of London. Loving father of Debbie Haggerty and Darline and Jim Allen, all of London. Proud grandfather of Steve, Melissa, Jared, Austin, D’Arcy, Erin and Taylor and three great-grandchildren Benedetto, Jacob and Jessica. Walter will be dearly missed by his loving wife and family in London and Germany. Predeceased by his parents Franz (1978) and Anne (1975) and his brothers Frantz and Erich. Dear uncle of Gunther, Gudrun, Silvia, Achim and family.
Friends may visit at the McFarlane & Roberts Funeral Home, 2240 Wharncliffe Road, South, Lambeth 519-652-2020 on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm then to St. Peter’s Basilica (196 Dufferin Ave. at Richmond St.) where the Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, February 6, 2012 at 10:00 am.
